These Terms of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") define the general conditions of use of the IkaShop website accessible at ztrace.fr (hereinafter "the Website"), as well as the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter "the User" or "the Customer") and IkaShop (hereinafter "the Seller" or "IkaShop"). By accessing the Website and placing an order, the User acknowledges having read and fully accepts these Terms without reservation.
Important — Product Nature: All products sold on IkaShop are custom-made steering wheel maquettes that we have personally designed and customized. You will not receive a real, functional steering wheel. These are handcrafted decorative replicas and are not intended for installation or use in any vehicle. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and fully accepts the nature of the products. In the event of a refund request, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, as stated in Article 5.
IkaShop sells premium custom maquettes of steering wheels featuring carbon fiber, forged carbon and Alcantara finishes, designed after Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and BMW models. Products are presented on the Website as accurately as possible. However, photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding and IkaShop shall not be held liable in the event of slight differences in shade, texture or finish compared to the delivered product.
Each maquette is built to order using quality materials. Due to the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process, slight variations may exist between two units of the same model. Such variations do not constitute a defect and cannot give rise to a refund.
The User places an order by adding the desired products to their cart, then completing the order form with their personal information (name, Telegram username, phone number, shipping address). Payment is available via PayPal (Friends & Family) or credit/debit card (Stripe). IkaShop never has access to the User's banking information, which is handled exclusively by the payment processor. A -20% discount is applied automatically on PayPal payments to reflect the reduced processing fees.
Prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included). Shipping and customs fees are indicated separately during cart validation and are the responsibility of the Customer. IkaShop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Promotional codes may be offered from time to time by IkaShop. These codes are for single use only, cannot be combined with each other, and are subject to the specific conditions indicated at the time of distribution. IkaShop reserves the right to cancel any order that has benefited from a promotional code obtained fraudulently or diverted from its intended use.
The "2+1 at 50% off" offer allows the Customer who purchases two steering wheels with a unit value of 80 EUR or more to obtain a third steering wheel at half price. Shipping costs are then reduced to 14.99 EUR. This offer is applied automatically when conditions are met and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Orders are shipped via the Wochen delivery service with full package tracking. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. This timeframe is provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the destination, customs conditions and circumstances beyond IkaShop's control (weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions).
A unique tracking number is assigned to each order and communicated to the Customer. The Customer can track the shipment of their package in real time on the Website's tracking page. IkaShop shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or customs services.
Upon receiving the package, the Customer is required to inspect the condition of the packaging and the product. In the event of visible damage, the Customer must refuse the package or file a complaint with the carrier and notify IkaShop within 48 hours via Telegram with supporting photographs.
Important — Refund in case of user error: In the event of a refund request resulting from an ordering error on the part of the Customer (wrong model selected, address error, change of mind after shipment, steering wheel incompatibility with the vehicle not verified before purchase), the Customer shall only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the initial amount spent. Indeed, as IkaShop has already paid the taxes, customs duties and shipping costs on behalf of the Customer, these amounts are non-recoverable and remain the Customer's responsibility.
If the delivered product has a proven manufacturing defect or does not match the description on the Website (model error attributable to IkaShop), the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 7 to 15 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product. Return shipping costs are covered by IkaShop in this case.
In the event of non-delivery of the package within 45 days following shipment, and provided that the tracking confirms the anomaly, the Customer may request a full refund or a reshipment of the product, at IkaShop's discretion.

All communication between IkaShop and the Customer is conducted exclusively via Telegram through our official account @ikaagent. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be contacted through their provided Telegram username for order updates, shipping notifications and any customer service matters. IkaShop commits to responding within 48 business hours.
Personal information collected during the order process (name, address, Telegram username, phone number) is used exclusively for order processing and tracking. IkaShop commits to never selling, transferring or sharing this data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is retained for the duration necessary for order processing and after-sales service, in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, the Customer may submit their request via Telegram.
All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, graphics, layout, source code) are the exclusive property of IkaShop and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Website's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of IkaShop.
IkaShop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Website. The User is invited to consult this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Website after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of IkaShop's registered office.
